HOW DATA IS COMPILED All data represents retail vehicle registrations in the twelve-county NewYork Metro Area and excludes eet and wholesale transactions. May 2015 gures were estimated by Auto Outlook based on recent trends in the Metro Area market, seasonal factors, and results in the National market. Please keep in mind that monthly registration gures can occasionally be subject to uctuations, resulting in over or under estimation of actual results. This usually occurs due to processing delays by governmental agencies. For this reason, the year-to-date gures will typically be more re ective of market results. For year-to-date gures, most recent month (May) is estimated and previous months are actual.
