CUSTOM COMPOSITES Division of CDR Systems Group

Custom Composites was established in 1995 by Robert Mattson. Our experience with fiberglass manufacturing dates back to the early 1960’s. In this time, we’ve produced a variety of different products including bathtubs, truck hoods and boat hulls.

With nearly 40 years of experience in fiberglass manufacturing, we have perfected our handcrafted production process. Our quality is consistently top-notch and our efficiency is unparalleled in the industry.

Our units have been load tested in excess of 8,000 pounds with no sign of failure. We maintain tight quality controls. During production, each and every unit is quality tested to insure solid, uniform lamination with a minimum sidewall thickness of 3/16”. Our units pass UV and flame resistance tests, are REA approved, and meet NEUC guidelines. More importantly, our customers can attest to installing thousands of our units without experiencing any failures. Our production process depends on a small, highly efficient work force. These skilled craftsmen insure the quality and uniformity of our products. We have no turnover. Our crew is motivated, dedicated and loyal. In return they receive excellent salaries, full benefits, production-quality bonuses, retirement programs and profit sharing. Our crew is committed to the long-term goals of the firm, as they will benefit from our achievements. We respond immediately to inquiries and always complete the job on time. On behalf of Custom Composites, I would like to ask for the opportunity to provide your fiberglass pads. In return you will have our commitment to premium quality at lower prices, with the fastest lead times in the industry. We hope you choose to do business with us. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to serving you.

LOW-PROFILE BOX PADS

FOR TRANSFORMERS RFB 43-37-5-1226

COST EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVE TO POLYPADS AND CONCRETE FLAT PADS! Advantages Over:
