This product works to reduce your exposure to check fraud. With Positive Pay you can notify us electronically of checks authorized for payment. Each night we compare checks presented for payment against your list of authorized checks and present an exception for your review. Sweep Accounts Use excess funds to “sweep” every night to reduce your line of credit balance or to a business savings account to earn interest until those funds are needed. Merchant Services Individuals are less likely to carry cash or checks and more likely to pay for services with a credit card. Make sure that your business does not miss an opportunity to make a sale. Pilot Bank Online Banking is a trusted consumer internet banking platform that provides individuals with a fast, simple and secure way to conduct banking transactions. Bill Pay Bill Pay combines client service and support with highly manageable consumer, small business, person-to-person, and mobile payment solutions. Electronic Statements (e-Statements) Manage and receive your bank statements electronically instead of through the mail. Personal Finance Manager (PFM) Manage your finances through a personal “suite.” Instant Issue Cards Just walk into one of our Financial Centers, either open an account or request a new debit card, and instantly walk out with the new card in your hand.

Getting Ready for the Upgrade! Schedule for the Conversion As we diligently work toward a smooth transition of operational functions, Pilot Bank will temporarily reduce its services to accommodate the system changes, A list of service interruptions can be found on our website, pilotbank.com . Our Financial Centers hours will be affected on only the following days: February 4th, we will close at 2:00 p.m. February 6th, we will not be open. Monday, February 8, 2016: Pilot Bank Financial Centers will re-open at their normal time and you will have access to Pilot Bank’s Telephone Banking at 9:00 a.m. Information on how and when you can access Online Banking, Business Online Banking and Bill Pay will be provided in a separate mailing, as well as on our website at pilotbank.com .

Questions & Important Upgrade Information Client Service and Telephone Banking Who can I call with questions?

Pilot Bank Representatives can be reached at (813) 349-4747 to answer questions regarding the new and exciting upgrades. How do I access Telephone Banking at Pilot Bank? Pilot Bank’s Telephone Banking system can be reached by calling (813) 349-4747. After February 8th, you will be prompted to reestablish your access in the new system.

Questions & Important Upgrade Information Deposit Account Information Will I need to replace my current checks?

You may continue to use Pilot Bank checks as you do today. How will transactions post to my checking and savings accounts? Refer to your Terms, Conditions and Fee Booklet for more details. Will my deposit account numbers remain the same? Yes. There will be no changes to deposit account numbers. Will I continue to receive my checking account statement at approximately the same time each month? No. All statements for non-business checking accounts will be produced on the 15th day of the month. Statements for savings accounts and all business and commercial accounts will be produced as of the last day of the month. Additionally, all accounts will be issued an interim statement as of February 4th. This statement will list all of your transactions from your last statement through February 4th. Will I continue to receive e-Statements? Yes. If you currently recieve e-Statements, you will continue to recieve e-Statements with the new system. However, you will receive a paper-only statement for the period ending Feburary 4th. When you sign into the new Online Banking System you will be prompted to accept the e-Statement disclosure.

Questions & Important Upgrade Information Deposit Account Information (continued) Will I continue to receive check images?

Yes. If you currently receive check images in your statements that service will continue. However, access to older check images in Online Banking will not be immediately available. If I have automatic transfer set up, when will the transfer take place if it’s a weekend or holiday? The automatic transfer will take place on the business day prior to the weekend or holiday.

Questions & Important Upgrade Information Loan Information Will I still be able to use my coupon book to make loan payments?

Yes. You can continue to use your coupon book to make loan payments. We will automatically send you new books when you run out. Will loan payments post the same date as received? Yes. Loan payments will be credited on the same date received unless payment is received on a weekend or holiday. These payments will post on the next business day. Will I need to mail my loan payments to a different address? No. If you are currently mailing your loan payments, you can continue to mail them to the same address: Pilot Bank P.O. Box 16828 Tampa, FL 33687-6828 Will I receive my Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) statements at the same time every month? We have made every effort to keep your cycle dates consistent, however you may notice some slight changes.

Questions & Important Upgrade Information Loan Information (continued) My loan payment is automatically deducted from my deposit account. Will this continue? If your payment is automatically deducted from a deposit account, those deductions will continue uninterrupted; no action is required on your part. Will my loan/HELOC account number change? No. Your account number will not change. If you have checks, you can continue to use them.

Can I continue to use my Pilot Bank VISA debit or ATM card? You can continue to use your Pilot Bank ATM or debit card. Will I receive a new Pilot Bank check card or ATM card to replace my current Pilot Bank card? No. Will my ATM or check card PIN change? No.
