Rachael’s mother, a 30-year veteran in the real estate business, played a large role in her early success and still serves as a member of Rachael’s team. Rachael’s father, a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, instilled responsibility and accountability early in Rachael’s life, to which she attributes her impeccable work ethic and drive. Working alongside her husband and partner, Ben, her determination, management and leadership skills allow her to consistently be among the top Real Estate agents. Rachael, for many reasons but a big one is her drive. She has incredible endurance and determination. As she sets a new goal in her mind, she always sees past that point and will continue under any circumstance to achieve it, and then some. Which historical time period would you like to visit? I would most like to visit the 70’s so I could have done something to stop the 80’s from happening. What makes you laugh out loud? Our son, Max. Man, that kid is hilarious. He found a pillow in a store recently that was shaped and decorated like a giant doughnut. His response was “Finally, I can eat while I’m sleeping!” He was, of course, completely serious and dressed like a ninja.

Laura Underwood Listing Specialist

Rhonda Richards joined the Rachael Richards Group in 2008 to assist Rachael, her daughter. Rhonda gained her experience in Southern California as a Residential Real Estate Specialist for 17 years, and was known for her excellent service and short sale expertise. Rhonda was consistently among the top 3% in real estate sales in Southern California and the nation. In 1997, she retired from Real Estate and moved with her husband, Ron, to Missouri, their home state. When Rachael entered the Real Estate business, Rhonda served as a consultant and encouraged her to grow her business through hard work and exceptional customer service. As the Rachael Richards Group grew, Rhonda stepped in as the Marketing Director and Short Sale Specialist. Rhonda’s husband, Ron, retired from the United States Marine Corps as a fighter pilot, and Rhonda has experienced living in many parts of the United States and other countries. Her favorite outside interest is spending time with her children and grandchildren. fun facts What’s one thing about you that surprises people? My upbringing on a very old fashion farm. Patty Hornbeck Transaction Manager

Lynn started in the Real Estate business in 1993. Realizing early on that her forte was in facilitating the paperwork and managing an office, she made her dream come true: a single parent at the time, Lynn worked hard at doing the most in the time she had, and was able to spend as much time with her children as she could. Attaining her Broker’s License in 2007, Lynn has put her knowledge to work within the Rachael Richards Group as the office manager. Called the “Queen of Paperwork” by her co-worker and friends, the Rachael Richards Group knows that it can rely on Lynn’s experience to get the job done right. Lynn’s biggest joy is in knowing her job contributes to the success of the agents. Lynn has two children, a daughter-in-law, a wonderful significant other, and two dogs.
