Many members ask “what do you eat for snacks that keep you satisfied and balanced all day long”? Here are a couple exam- ples of the snacks that the trainers eat. Mid-Morning snack: (after breakfast/before lunch): Half a banana with 1TBS natural almond butter Afternoon snack (after lunch/ before dinner): Turkey breast 4oz (or a lean protein) in lettuce cup Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate with water throughout the day. An easy way to measure is to drink 4 Frenchman’s Creek water bottles a day.

Rita's class, which meets on Tuesday afternoons from 2:00p.m. - 5:00p.m., is an on going program where you can sign up for a block of classes, or take classes on a per diem basis. Instruction is provided at all levels, as instruction is individually tailored to each student. You may work in either oil or acrylic to hone your techniques and to refine your artistic statement. Foreign Films in April

I will finish off this season (we will not show a foreign film on Wednesday, April 29th) leaving you with a happy finish and hopefully looking forward to my 4th year of foreign films. Wednesday, April 1 st at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. She had a plan. This is a dark comedy that focuses on the complications involved with both Passover and bringing the family together. Set among Mexico City's Jewish population, I found this movie hysterical, however based on a serious act. This is a very wise film, in my opinion, that shows a strong relationship like a net over a family that wraps itself together, but not necessarily love.

Come see this dramatic comedy.

Wednesday, April 15 th at 5:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. What else do you need if you have love? An Englishman living in Denmark, who's a lonely middle aged widower and a Danish hairdresser who's been left by her husband by THAT younger coworker both with bruised souls meet each other in a minor fender bender. Short of 2 hours this drama touches on romance, comedy and real life issues.

P OA House Painting Service If you live in a patio, villa or town house, a portion of your POA fees includes the painting of your house– trim painted every three (3) years and your whole house painted every six (6) years. The painting fees you pay are based on the costs associated with painting an original standard A, B, or C, patio, villa or town house. However, if you live in a Barbados, Courtyard or Lake Front house (each of these house types are billed POA fees as Patio C house), or a non-standard A, B, or C Patio, Villa, or Town house in which changes or additions have been made, either when first built or subsequently, or if there are any extenuating circumstances where additional painting or preparation is required, then there will be an additional charge assessed to you at the completion of the painting job. The additional amount to be assessed will be the difference between the actual painting costs less the amount billed as part of your POA fees. As a courtesy to our homeowners, prior to the start of your scheduled trim or full-house painting, a letter will be sent to you by the POA letting you know the approximate time frame your house will be painted and, if there is an additional charge for this painting, state the amount and reasons for the additional charge. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the POA Administration at (561) 627-1467.
