Everything is going ok. There are supplies coming in this week that should get us through the season. Thanks to Mike Pilarowski for his presentation tonight. I hope the Board will give serious consideration to the new sound system he introduced. Rich stated that he went to West Marine and looked into new radios. Stationary for the Fins and hand helds for the managers. For about $1,000 he can get 5 stationary and 1 hand held units that will enable us to communicate more efficiently. We will have a private frequency license for NCYC only. Discussion held. Motion: Moved by Don Reiss to purchase the equipment. Seconded by Bob Carnaghi. Motion Carried. • Harbor & Grounds – Don Reiss Don got an estimate from Ron Kahl for replacement of the seawall from D dock to just past the Boatique. The quote was for $60,000 for 300 feet of steel seawall and $66,000 for 300 feet of galvanized seawall. This does not include backfill or permits. Ron indicated that our seawall will only last a maximum of 10 years, possibly less. Ron will also give us a quote for a pad for the generator.

• Membership – Brian Malik Absent- Excused Brian wanted it noted that Dennis and Sherry Biel donated $250 to the club.

• Secretary – Randy Pagel Randy received a letter from Joyce Obenhoff to waive her work hours for this year due to surgery. Motion: Moved by VC Brian McEvoy to waive Joyce's work hours for this year. Seconded by PC Don Vanover. Motion Carried. • Supplies – Hugh Vestal Hugh indicated that Sales are up and profits are up. Budgetary planning discussion on eliminating incoming rendezvous on weekends. If they are eliminated it will reduce profits. A PC approached PC Hugh asking if we were getting special event permits and
