Staging

• Male patient, 56 years old • Stage: T3 (T ≥ 4.1 cm) N3b* M0 (stage IVa) • Primary starts from the right tonsil, spreads down to the glosso-epiglottic fold, soft palate involvement • Positive nodes in the same side of the tumor (levels 2, 3 and 5)

• *8 th ed TNM with update for HPV positive Oropharynx tumors, in our case involvement of neck muscles
