Q4: what do you do with critical normal tissues (NT) overlapping with a high-dose PTV, e.g. in SBRT?

A. We prioritize for the PTV, no respect to NT B. We prioritize for the NT, no respect to PTV C. We lower the dose (or change fractionation) to the whole PTV to reach the constraint of the NT D. We somehow compromise in the part of the PTV which is near the NT
