3 FRESHMAN (2005): Played in 52 games, starting in 48 ... hit .318 with 57 hits, nine doubles, lied for the team lead in triples with nine, was third on the team in home runs with four and had 31 RBI. .. recorded 15 multi hit games... went 2-for-5 with two RBI , two home runs and two runs scored against Gon– zaga (5/7/05) ... Went 4-for-6 with three RBI and one triple against Gonzaga (4/3/05) ...earned an AII-WCC honorable mention selection. HIGH SCHOOL: Key part of an El Capitan program that won back-to-back CIF Championship titles during his junior and senior seasons... Throws right– handed but bats left... Can play the outfield and infield... Batted .470 and stole 26 bases in 2004... Named an all-state performer as a senior while garnering prep All-America honors... Hit .407 as a junior and also received all-state recognition at season's end... Along with current USO teammate's Jordan Abruzzo and Dustin Church, Snyder helped build El Capitan into one of the premier programs in the San Diego area... Starred on the San Diego Gamer club team... Also lettered in football and soccer at El Capitan. PERSONAL: Born April 8, 1986 in nearby El Cajon, California to parents Jeff and Lisa... Also recruited by San Diego State... Chose to attend USO for the athletic and academic opportunities.

SOPHOMORE (2005): Played in 51 games, starting in 50 ... hit .282 with 53 hits, a team-leading 18 doubles, one triple and 42 RBI. .. recorded 14 multi hit games...went 3-for-4 with two doubles, one RBI and two runs scored against Loyola Marymount (5/13/05) ... went 3-for-5 with one double, one RBI and one run scored against Gonzaga (4/3/05)... went 2-for-4 with one double, two RBI and two runs scored against UC Riverside (2/6/05)... went 3-for-5 with three doubles against UC Riverside (2/4/05). FRESHMAN (2004): Slick-fielding infielder, appearing in 19 games .. Made five starts, three at shortstop and two at second base... Drove in six runs , doubling twice and hitting a triple in 34 at-bats... Made his first collegiate start at No. 5 Texas (2-8-04)... Had four RB l's in his six starts... Went 2-for-5 with a pair of RBI against Navy (3-17-04)... Doubled and scored in a late-inning at-bat against St. Mary's (5-21-04)... Played behind First-Team AII-WCC shortstop and future pro Jose Ortega. HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time All-Hayward Area League selection as a prep player at Bishop O'Dowd HS in Oakland... Named an All-State performer as a senior... Hit .420 and led O'Dowd to a 22-7 overall record in 2003.. Twice helped his prep team win the Hayward Area League Championship.. How to Figure

Batting Average: Divide the total number of hits collected by a player by the total number of at-bats. Slugging Percentage: Divide the number of total bases by the total number of at bats. On-Base Percentage: Divide the total number of hits, all bases on balls and hit-by-pitch, by the total number of at– bats, all-bases on balls, hit by pitch and sacrifice fly.
