A slightly wider, cambered sole makes this more playable than the muscle-back however size and shape are only a fraction larger, making it easy to blend into a combo set. The thin, tapered top line, short head length and smaller wedges mean this is very much a ‘tour-ready’ iron. Through the strategic use of lightweight tita- nium and heavier tungsten parts sealed within its 1025E mild carbon steel head MP-18 MMC provides workability, con- trol, piercing ball flight, and forgiveness while maintaining a similar ‘tour-ready’ profile and size to the MP-18 SC.

The S18 wedge is the newest member in the Mizuno family of performance wedges with advanced center of gravity position- ing. In the higher lofts, mass is shifted up the blade delivering more consistent spin rates on strikes from high on the club- face (common with more extreme lofts). A true specialist wedge in every aspect (sole grind, profile, beveled top line and groove depth) from the 46-degree pitch- ing wedge replacement to the 62-degree lob wedge in a mid-size, rounded profile.
