Construction Admin Job Description
Merritt Properties, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time Construction Admin. Responsibilities Include: - Helping to maintain standard accounting workflow by assisting with Job Billing, checking Payment Status, Invoice Status, and Job Set up - Liaise with Marketing, Construction, and Accounting department to create a better flow of information - Contribute to team effort by filling in wherever needed - Resolve other administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions Required Skills/Experience: • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word • Must be fluent in English
• Must pass a criminal background check • Must pass pre-employment drug screening • Must have access to reliable transportation • Must have High school diploma or equivalent • Bachelor’s degree is preferred • Experience with Excel and Adobe is preferred • Experience with Yardi Voyager accounting software is preferred • Valid driver’s license preferred Additional Information
