HOUSE FULL Pastors, priests and rabbis are often the first point of contact when someone faces a mental health problem or traumatic event. In fact, in times of crisis, many will turn to a trusted friend or faith leader in their church before they turn to a mental health professional. Imagine the Church becoming a mental health informed community for both believers and non-believers by answering God’s call to care and helping meet someone’s immediate need, including our youth. Working with youth mental health and ministry experts, such as Chap Clark, Matthew Stanford, Jay Strack and Zach Clinton, this program will teach coaches how to address the hard topics and issues on mental health and spiritual wellness like: Adverse Childhood Experiences • Attachment • Behavioral Health • Brain Development Divorce • Emotion Regulation • Family • Gender Identity and Ideologies • Generational Trauma Loneliness • Pornography • Suicide … and more
