Health Insurance AmeriFirst Financial, Inc. employees have access to comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription PPO and HSA plans effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. AmeriFirst helps to offset the cost of these benefits by subsidizing a substantial portion of the employee coverage.

401k AmeriFirst cares about the future financial comfort of its employees and maintains a qualified 401(k) retirement plan (and ROTH option) with a diverse fund line-up, online access, the ability to change your contribution as frequently as each pay period. The plan allows rollovers from other qualified plans. Our employees can begin participating on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Life Insurance AmeriFirst provides a company-paid life insurance policy for each of its employees up to $50,000.

Disability Benefits AmeriFirst employees are eligible to participate in the short term disability and long term disability income replacement plans voluntarily for a minimum cost. In the event an employee is unable to work for extended periods of time due to illness or injury, our employees can elect short term and long term disability benefits, which include commission earnings in the benefit calculation.

Supplemental Life Insurance Employees can elect additional life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance up to $500,000 as well as coverage for their spouse and/or child(ren).

Pre-Paid Legal AmeriFirst employees have the ability to enroll in a pre-paid legal benefit plan through LegalShield. This benefit provides participants with access to legal resources and peace of mind when needed.
