Sound Healing AND MEDITATION An outdoor sound bath and meditation offers a holistic wellness experience that merges the healing qualities of sound with the beauty of the natural world. Unlike indoor sessions, this practice harnesses the surrounding environment—incorporating the gentle rustling of leaves, the melodious songs of birds and the grounding sensation of the earth—to enhance your meditative journey.
