ADVENTURE TREK: SUMMER SERIES LASER TAG IN THE PARK Get ready for an exciting outdoor laser tag experience! Players will navigate natural terrain, move through barricades, work as a team and enjoy fast-paced fun in a safe, supervised environment. We will register

DISC GOLF AND CASCADE FALLS ADVENTURE Get ready for a full day of fresh air and fun! We’ll kick things off at Golden Hills Disc Golf Course in Christiansburg, where participants will test their aim and enjoy a friendly round on a very fun course. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, it’s all about having fun and enjoying the outdoors. After breaking for lunch and recharging, we’ll head to The Cascades for a scenic hike through beautiful mountain terrain, leading to the stunning waterfall at the end of the trail. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the day — great views, great company and a refreshing reward at the falls. Lunch and transportation provided. Tuesday, July 7 Time: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Fee: $30 TR; $35 NRPP; $40 NR (Lunch, Snacks, & Transportation Included) Location: Depart from Wytheville Community Center Eligibility: 6th – 12th Grade Min 6 – Max 12 Register by June 30 Late Fee: additional $5 HOMEPLACE RECREATIONAL PARK Make a splash on an unforgettable summer adventure to Homeplace Recreation Park—home to Surry County’s largest outdoor pool and nonstop fun for all ages! Cool off in the massive swimming area, test your courage with the rope swing, or zip down the exciting waterslide. Feeling bold? Head over to the separate diving pool and make a big splash. When you’re ready for a break, step into the arcade for games, laughter and friendly competition. This trip is the perfect mix of water, excitement, and classic summer memories— so grab your swimsuit and get ready for a day of fun in the sun! (Make sure to bring sunblock and a change of clothes) Lunch and transportation provided. BE ACTIVE WYTHE OUTDOORS

LONE ASHE CAVE ADVENTURE Join us as we head to Foster Falls to learn what makes cave ecosystems so delicate and special. In this adventure, you will have the opportunity to see unique formations and animals that only exist in caves (and maybe even animals that are found NOWHERE ELSE ON EARTH). View the "starlight room" and what makes it sparkle, stalagmites and stalactites, rimstones and flowstones, as well as other unique cave formations. This is not a walking only cave tour. Participants must be able to bend, stoop, duck, crawl, scoot, crouch, and balance on uneven terrain without handrails. All participants are required to wear provided helmets, headlamps, gloves, and knee pads. Participants must wear clothes that can get dirty and muddy (moisture wicking fabrics [not cotton] work best), as well as non-slip closed-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes will not be permitted. Wear long pants and a light jacket. A change of clothes/shoes is recommended for after the adventure. Lunch and transportation provided.
