Letter from the HR As part of the transformation phase ITFC is going through, a set of behavioral competencies have been identified to ITFC staff in order to clarify the expected demonstrated behaviors and levels of proficiency from employees at all levels in ITFC. These Competencies are a reflection of ITFC’s values, culture, and vision that should be exhibited throughout that will result in a more friendly and cooperative environment. As a result, staff performance will be evaluated according to the level of their dedication to these competencies.
