Roll to stack solution High-performance Generation 8 finishing solution for the roll to mer ged stack production. The web is fed from the printing system via the Web Buffer WB8 web accumulator (only for inline operation) to the Web Merger WM8 and slit lengthwise. An edge trim can also be per formed at the same time. The two halves of the web are then super imposed in the Web Merger and fed to the Length- and Cross Cutter CS8. During the merging process, the right half of the web can be placed either under or over the left half of the web.

Roll to fan‑fold solution From an unprinted roll to continuous folded stacks in the Fanfolder FS6. In 2-up production, the Dynamic Processor DP8 can individually process each half of the web with variable perforation and punching patterns from copy to copy. Combined use of different functions such as static and dynamic perforation or scoring in the vertical and cross direction, dynamic file hole punching, and folding perforation are pos sible in a single module. Continuous folding of the perforated web thanks to the Fanfolder FS6 with High Capacity Stacker.
