At Chivas we believe in the 70:20:10 approach to learning;
• 70% of your knowledge will come from on-the-job experiences which will be aligned with your placements. • 20% from observing those around you – again from your placements. • And 10% frommore formal types of learning
There will be three main approaches in support of your formal learning during your each year: 1. Attendance on the Potential Managers Development programme. 2. A series of additional Leadership & Personal Development courses.
3. Training Maps providing learning recommendations via our on- line learning portal, the i-zone , Chivas Spirit and Pernod Ricard University.
