MR imaging and treatment planning for every fraction?

Important considerations regarding imaging: MRI is more important in large tumors as compared to tumours without parametrial infiltration BT after major tumour shrinkage: 1 st fraction MRI (or pre-BT MRI), succeeding fractions can be done with CT Complex BT applications (IC combined with IS) and/or expected target shrinkage: repeated MRI and plan adaptation are recommended
