Endorsed Brachytherapy KQIs

1. Intracavitary brachytherapy is incorporated into treatment of locally advanced cervix cancer 2. Total external beam plus brachytherapy (Point A or HRCTV EQD2) is > 80 Gy 3. CT or MR imaging is used after the first applicator insertion for brachytherapy planning 4. Doses to the OARs are documented in the medical record 5. Applicator stability is assured over the course of treatment 6. Dose to point A is documented in the medical record
