Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9 - 9:55 a.m. Prog# 99244, July 22 - August 28 Sportsplex - Fitness Center SENIOR BOOT CAMP This class will help improve balance, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Participants will work at their own pace and modifications will be made for those who require them.
