OMA Protocol Review: OMAMAN-56 Sulfites in Shrimp
(b) Results.- The results are presented in Table 1. Linearity and residual plots for the different calibration ranges are presented in Figures 2, 3, 4, and 5. The results obtained show that the method is linear. The residual plots appear to have a sigmoidal pattern or concave if the zero point is disregarded. In either case, the patterns look non-random, but the residuals are all <10%, varying from 0.2% to 3.9% for the 30-600 ppm range and 0.4% to 9.3% for the 10-300 ppm range. Thus, the response is very close to linear.
