MISSION

Specialist Training Programmes result from close work with key stakeholders within the different functions to develop courses which provide the managerial competencies and technical skills required for career development. These programmes are focused on providing practical guidance to employees, drawing on expertise from both external trainers, whose approach is adapted to the specific needs of Saint-Gobain, and internal presenters. Increasingly, courses within each of the functional programmes also contain eLearning modules, which are designed to support and complement classroom-based learning.
