• To be familiar with internal and external sources of R&D-related information available in Saint- Gobain and learn how to use them • To learn how to make better use of existing tools and methods for bibliographic research and information analysis

• Presentation of the benefits from applying search and analysis tools to different types of information • Practice with internal and external sources of R&D-related information (e-Learning modules and exercises) Teaching technics: “blended learning”: webinars, e-learning modules and a practical case study to use the tools
