WCM AND RISK PREVENTION

Operational Excellence is a key strategy for Saint-Gobain and in particular drives performance throughout the business by identifying the key sources of continuous improvement. WCM (World Class Manufacturing) is at the core of this approach and it is why sensitization training for GM’s is offered at the corporate level, supporting approaches run at the activity level. In addition to ensure that facilities in the organization are well protected a comprehensive Risk Prevention course is also offered to ensure that relevant measures are in place to deal with incidents such as fire, explosion and natural disasters. Business Continuity Planning is also offered with the objective to develop learning on activity continuity using the Saint-Gobain Loss Prevention Manual. These courses are held within local.
