GREENBELT COURSE: RELIABILITY

This course is aimed at Pillar leaders and members who will help to spread the WCM culture in the organization. The greenbelt training is comprised of 3 main components: on site training with practical exercises, completion of a project following a loss reduction route, final test and presentation of project in 13 weeks. Greenbelt certification is achieved with the successful completion of project and test.

OBJECTIVES

• Introduction to basic concepts, basic indicators, and maintenance policies • Overview of loss reduction routes for improvement teams - breakdown reduction, short stop reduction, speed loss reduction • Systematic improvement activities - autonomous management, planned maintenance • Training on main tools - failure mode and effects analysis, fault tree analysis

PARTICIPANTS

Minimum of 9-12 months with SG Typical job function of Supervisor, Engineer, Department Leader, Pillar Member, Steering Committee Member, Controller
