WELCOME, THE INDUCTION PROGRAMME OF SAINT-GOBAIN

“WELCOME” is entended for all employees, in particular new starters of Saint-Gobain, in order to allow them to get to know the Group quickly, its culture and its Organization. Through WELCOME, new hires will learn more about Saint-Gobain and how to build their career.

This programme is accessible on Boost! and is composed of 9 parts:

1. Welcome Program Overview 2. Values & Principles 3. EHS at SG 4. Sustainable Habitat by Saint-Gobain 5. Saint-Gobain Attitudes 6. Group History & Organization 7. People Development & Learning 8. Collaboration 9. IT Security Essentials

It is important that all new hires to begin their onboarding experience in the best conditions. WELCOME is automatically assigned to all new hires on Boost!, and they are given three months to complete it. WELCOME is complemented locally with personalized on-boarding programs specific to the employee’s Delegation, business and function. WELCOME provides the building blocks new hires need to start off on the right foot.
