ESSENTIALS OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Achieve an overall understanding of Supply Chain Management and the mechanisms at work in the functional (forecasting, production, planning, inventory management) and operational arenas (logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, recycling).

OBJECTIVES • Understand how Supply Chain works involving all actors from vendors upstream to customers downstream, covering all functional and operational interfaces, such as product development, production, distribution and even recycling at the end of product life. • Learn how to use Supply Chain Management to generate value for customers and decrease costs, get a healthy inventory and explore the best practices and the latest trends in Saint-Gobain as well as outside the Group.
