ESSENTIALS OF MANAGEMENT A course designed for managers with 4-5 years’ professional experience who will be taking on broader duties. This programme reinforces leadership and management skills in line with the Group’s expectations, both in terms of managers’ ability to lead teams in a changing environment and cultivate customer intimacy.

PARTICIPANTS

Specialists & Managers in the early part of their career with Saint-Gobain (4-6 years of experience at Saint-Gobain; Band 3-5 positions, Saint-Gobain Talent Priorities) Candidates are proposed by their management during the annual People Review process, which is conducted jointly by the countries.
