OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT A programme for experienced managers focussing on change management practices and Saint-Gobain strategic priorities. It consists of two, one-week modules and an action- learning project that runs between the two sessions.

• To understand the mechanisms of how Organizations function • To understand people’s attitudes and behaviours when confronted with change • To analyse and describe change projects • To be familiar with Group strategy

• To establish an individual development plan • To conduct an Organizational change project

PARTICIPANTS

Company directors, plant directors, heads of business or function of a Business Unit. The candidates are proposed by their management during the annual people review process, which is conducted jointly by the countries.

• Module 1: Multicultural Management - Psychological aspects of change - Organizational aspects of change - Methodology for managing a change project Between the two modules: - Managing a real change project • Module 2: Managing Performance - Change Management: project analysis and discussion - Saint-Gobain Strategy - Talent Management at Saint-Gobain - Customer Experience Teaching techniques include e-learning presentations, discussions and guest speakers.
