POTENTIAL BOOSTER - 360° FEEDBACK

This 360° analysis tool enables you to better know and develop yourself thanks to the constructive feedback received from your contacts (Line Managers, direct reports, peers, customers).

OBJECTIVES

• Review practices and ways of behaving and interacting in a business environment • Bene t from constructive and meaningful feedback • Being aware of the impact on other people • Having a clearer picture of stakeholders’ expectations in terms of behavior • Understanding why these behaviors (positive and negative) are important for performance • Reflecting on key drivers of one’s own behaviors (values, beliefs, role, system, environment...) • Seeing opportunities to build on the strengths AND change the most critical behaviors • Receiving support from my immediate environment • Understand yourself better • Build an IDP (Individual Development Plan)

PARTICIPANTS

First time managers, new jobs (mobility), people leading change projects, people eager to develop

PROGRAMME

• Online questionnaire for the person concerned and the raters: direct manager(s), direct reports, peers and customers • Choice of a certi ed coach by the person concerned • 360 feedback debrief by the coach • Drawing up of an individual development plan

Organization

• Online questionnaire (40mn max)

• Debriefing with a coach: 90mn by videoconference • Virtual coaching platform

External coaches (MoovOne) certi ed and authorized to debrief the 360 feedback.
