ESSENTIALS OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM A one-year development program for internal early career employees looking to increase their leadership skills and gain exposure to Saint-Gobain North America. Participants own resolving a business challenge in a cross functional team as internal consultants and implementers

OBJECTIVES

• Retain and Develop our internal employees to be the leaders of tomorrow • Enhance the skillsets of employees through training and action based learning • Expand networks and resolve a business challenge by laterally leading a cross-functional cohort

PARTICIPANTS

1) Is considered to be a high potential employee (hay band 2-4) 2) Work experience of 4 years 3) Is considered to be an independent contributor

PROGRAMME

• Understand the nature and dynamics of interpersonal and team behavior related to organizational performance and effectiveness. • Develop a framework for analysis and action around your management challenges. • Identify behaviors and situational factors to improve your future outcomes. • Expand your professional network.

Organization

• 3 day face-to-face sessions quarterly for 1 year • 25 Participants • Online Course Evaluation • Pre/Post Work (As Required)
