GROUP TRAINING - 2019

NORTH AMERICA OFFER

LEADERSHIP, DEVELOPMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION Emotional Intelligence goes hand in hand with conflict resolution. A good manager or people leader can be identified by their conflict resolution skills. Managers skilled in resolving conflict directly, facilitating heated discussions, active listening and negotiating win-win situations will face less stress and higher productivity at work. This training helps participants become aware of their own conflict management style, understand how others respond to conflict, and practice the best way to resolve conflict.

OBJECTIVES

• Participants will be able to use emotion to enhance and assist their thought processes for better problem solving and reasoning skills. • Participants will be able to understand emotions in order to comprehend what causes emotions, what the relationships among various emotions are, how emotions transition from one stage to another, and how to put it all into language. • Participants will be able to successfully navigate emotion in a conflict situation, and be able to demonstrate the process of conflict
