LEADERSHIP - PART 2 EXECUTIVE PRESENCE

This course focuses on individual ambitions and challenges within a smaller group. By gaining new skills in influencing stakeholders, playing a smart political game and learning how to convey executive presence in walk and talk. They learn to assert their “executive presence” in their words and behavior.

OBJECTIVES

• This training programme will enable the participant to: • understand power games within organizations. • adopt “female” strategies to get to the top. • develop “executive presence”

PARTICIPANTS

Female talent with con rmed leadership potential and management experience (or expert profile) who seek greater in uence, visibility and impact (from 14 years of professional experience).

PROGRAMME

• Mapping the landscape -Decoding Gender rituals -Internal & External obstacles, • Strategic Leadership - Vision, Mission, strategy - Communicate with impact • Mastering Critical Situations - “Balanced Leadership” - The critical skill of politics • Executive presence - Influencing strategies & steps - Executive Challenges

Prerequisites

• Leadership, Part 1 – Mastering the Rules of the Game • Minimum 6-12 months after Leadership, Part 1

Organization

• 2 days, residential • Face-to-face session • Intercompanies training • Group of 12-14 women and max 3 participants from Saint-Gobain

Teaching techniques: presentation of concepts, group exercises, sharing of experiences
