Professional development

The potential for professional development of our employees is assessed during the People Review, our in-house Group process, during which managerial teams from each Business Unit assess the potential for career development of our employees and their skills development needs. The number of People Reviews carried out is an indicator which shows that all the Group Business Units have carried out a People Review within their teams. The People Review process is deeply embedded in the Group, and 93.85% of the 260 Group Business Units carried out a People Review in 2018.
