Special issues for Rotational IMRT

Modern IMRT techniques, especially rotational IMRT:

• Complexity of field shapes are a challenge for dose calculation algorithms • simple field-size dependent Output-Factor corrections (e.g. Pencil Beam) difficult! → good head model required!
