How toSetUpCall ForwardingWhenNot at Your Phone

Follow these steps to set up call forwardingwhen you are away from your phone.

Procedure

From the User OptionsMenuweb page, click Forward all calls to a different number . (If you need help accessing theMenu page, see the “How to LogOn to the User OptionsWeb Pages” section on page 4-7 .) The ForwardYour Calls page appears. Check the check box next to the line fromwhich youwant your incoming calls forwarded. Choose to send calls to “VoiceMail” or to “this number.” If you chooseVoiceMail, your callswill be forwardeddirectly toyour voicemail systemwithout ringing your desktop phone. If you choose to forward your incoming calls to a specified number, enter the phone number or extension in the box provided.

Be sure to enter the number exactly as youwould if youwere to call that number. For example, enter an access code such as 9 or the area code, if necessary. Your system administrator might restrict the call forwarding feature to numbers within your company.

Click Update .

Step 5

Whenyou are finished, click Return to theMenu or LogOff at thebottomof the Call Forwarding page.

Step 6

Youcanusecall forwarding to sendyour calls to an IPPhoneor to a traditional analog telephone. Formore information about call forwarding, includinghow call forwardingworks with your voicemail system, see the “Using Call Forwarding” section on page 3-7 .
