Signing in to your Suffolk Email

You can connect to your Suffolk email via the web at http://o365.suffolk.edu

All Email passwords expire after 120 days. Watch for emails alerting you the expiration date is approaching. If you miss the alert, you will be locked out. To avoid having to call the Service Desk for a

password reset, all students should ENROLL in Password Reset. Choose Enroll link at http://o365.suffolk.edu or see web for more info: www.suffolk.edu/passwordreset

Your User name for your Suffolk Email is the same as your Login ID for your MySuffolk portal appended with @su.Suffolk.edu

Email Spam/Phishing Attempts

Be on the lookout for suspicious emails.

Do NOT Respond – do NOT Click – just Delete.

Suffolk will NEVER ask you for your password.

If a message looks like spam it probably is.

NEVER Click on any URL in an email.

Email settings for Cell Phone

Go to Settings: Choose Accounts & Passwords

Click: Add Account Choose Exchange Email: username@su.suffolk.edu

Click Next Type your password and click next

Connecting to the Wireless Network

Every member of the Suffolk University community has access to the campus wireless network.
