Círculo Green Center of Círculo, addresses our community. Mr. Leo Fernández, President of the Board of Directors of Círculo, addresses our community. Discover the various programs provided by Círculo de la Hispanidad and learn more about their Mission Statement. The Center is a 35,000 square foot facility; the first “green” or LEED building of its kind built by a non profit 501 (c) (3) community based organization in New York State. It contains a large multipurpose room for educational, cultural, social and recreational programming. Founded in June 2009 Evergreen is an elementary school housed within the Center and authorized by the New York State Department of Education.
