FIGUIÈRE COTES DE PROVENCE SIGNATURE ROSE MAGALI, 2017 The refreshing character of Provençal rosé made with 20% Cinsault, 20% Grenache, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, 13% Mourvèdre and 2% Rolle. Fermentation in stainless steel. Magali Rosé is a medium-bodied with aromas and flavors of strawberries, orange peel and white flowers. The wine shows bright and refreshing acidity and salty minerality. # 3 0 2 0 2 9 8 9 Six clones of Chardonnay were used in this wine. Aged on its lees with stirring for eight months in a combination of French and hybrid American and Hungarian oak barrels. Lush, full, rich tropical characters with aromas of Crème Brulee, pineapple and macaroons. Flavors of creamy butter merge with tropical mango and ripe melon. Matured on its fine lees.
