T ooele, Utah — [January 23, 2026] — Prinoth is pleased to announce the appointment, last month, of Andrew Nicolas as Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Snow Grooming, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to advance innovation and performance in snow grooming across North America. Andrew Nicolas brings a lifelong connection to snow and a proven background in heavy equip ment, engineering, and leadership. He grew up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula skiing and snow mobiling lake-effect snow off Lake Superior and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from MichiganTechnological University. Andrew spent 17 years with John Deere Con struction & Forestry, including 14 years in sales and marketing roles, followed by leadership positions within Deere’s construction distribu tion network covering the U.S. mountain region. In 2013, he relocated to Utah to raise his family in the mountains—trading cornfields for chairlifts and backcountry terrain while remaining closely connected to the snow industry.
