Speak Out August 2013

SPA online update

SPA Twitter update Thank you to our National Conference contributors!

It was exciting to witness the Twitter feed gathering momentum during the Conference and we were chuffed to see the official Conference hashtag #SPAConf2013 generate such a high level of interest and discussion. Our final Twitter stats indicate we achieved more than one million impressions, meaning that our hashtag was exposed via tweeting/retweeting to a huge amount of Twitter followers around the world!

The SPA team was overwhelmed by the response of National Conference attendees who kindly took the time to tweet their impressions of the event, acting as the eyes and ears for those members/followers who were unable to attend.

Well done on a fabulous effort and thank you to each and every one of our dedicated Twitter brigade!

SPA’s APPropriate Apps Member Community was honoured to be recognised by Dr Caroline Bowen as her Speechwoman’s Site of the Month for July 2013, with Dr Bowen tweeting “Speechwoman’s Site of the Month, July 2013.
