No. 21. Claret Flip 2 teaspoonfuls Gomme Syrup, 4 dashes Angostura Bitters, 1 Egg(whisked separately), 1% wineglasses of Claret. '

Shake thoroughly, strain into a punch glassi and sprinkle Nutmeg on.top.

No. 22. Claret Punch 3 tablespoonfuls Gomme Syrup,

Tablespoonful of Angostura Bitters, 3 Oranges, sliced, 3 Lemons, sliced, 1Pineapple, sliced and quartered, 2 wineglasses Brandy, 2 bottles Claret. Stir gently, add 2 bottles Tansan and serve in punch glasses or cups.
