No. 43. Milk Shake Teaspoonful of Sugar, 1 fresh Egg, Ice in shaker. Fill balance with fresh Milk, shake, and strain into medium- sized tumbler and grate Nutmeg on top.

No. 44. Morning Glory Fizz (1) 2 teaspoonfuls Syrup, 4 dashes Angostura Bitters, 4 dashes Lemon Juice, 1 white of Egg, 1 wineglass Whisky or Gin, as preferred. Shake well, strain into a tumber, fill up with Tansan and serve immediately as this drink should be taken while effer vescing.
