AIR FLOW CHECK VALVE The industry's leading Check Valve provides needed protection to keep cable air pressure in each pressurized cable. Air Flow Check Valve opens when pressure on manifold side (supply side) of Valve is greater than cable air pressure. Allows free flow of air to cable: instantaneously stops back flow of air. Cable mounting of Check valve recommended inline between manifold and cable. Provides protection should break in plastic tubing occur. can be placed in any position. Made from brass bar stock. Mounts on standard "C" flange type (1/8" female NPT opening. Connects to 3/8" or 1/4" poly-flo plastic tubing.

MALOR REGULATOR ASSEMBLIES Regulates air pressure from 1-10 psi maximum outlet pressure. Inlet pressure to to 30 psi permissible. Provides necessary protection for air pressure system. Designed to be used as a manual shut-off, also. Ideal for both pole or manhole mounted applications. In manhole, mount on wall or on manifold . The MALOR Regulator is designed with three ports: in, out, and gauge ports (1/8" NPT female). The gauge port is provided for setting ease during installation and for routine maintenance convenience. Compact size, height- 3". Made of cadmium plated brass, the MALOR Regulator's manual shut-off has sensitive thumb screw adjustment feature with lock nut provided to maintain exact setting.

CONTROLLED FLOW CHECK VALVE An exclusive MALOR product to protect and safeguard pressurized cables. A MUST for use at all high valve, down valve, and transducer plastic tubing-to-cable connection points. Mounts on standard "C" flange type (1/8" NPT female) opening. Can be placed in any position. Poly-flo plastic tubing connects to Check Valve. Valve allows free flow of air from auxillary air source to pressurized cable. Should tubing from pressure checking valve or transducer become severed, punctured, melted, or otherwise disconnected, Controlled Flow Check Valve constricts air flow out of cable to a minimum controlled amount. (approx. 3/4 -1 SCFH) Back flow adequate when using "C" Pressure Reading Gauge. Severe leak conditions are avoided. WHEN ORDERING SPECIFY:
