Compressor Test Fixture Oilless Compressors

Dielectric's Compressor Test Fixture measures output pressure and flow of 1/2, 3/4 and 1 Horsepower oil less compressors. The Test Fixture is designed for compressors rated @ 100 PSIG. The operation of this Test Fixture, when attached to the output of the compressor is to determine if the compressor is in need of an overhaul or replacement. The face of the gauge on the Test Fixture is easy to read with a "Good" output read ing in the Silver colored area. A reading in the Red colored area represents a "Poor" output from the compres sor. This kind of GO/NO-GO gauge is easy to read and error free. This Test Fixture eliminates the need to remove the compressor from the dehydrator, to a Repair/Test Bench for testing of output capacity of an oilless compressor. It also allows the technician to verify the output of a compressor on a Repair Bench after a major rebuild.
