An application for the Local Ordinance division to track LOE cases related to housing, nuisance, vehicles, RUCO, Zoning, and Front Yard Parking. It also generates letters for communication about the details of each specifc process from the City to residents. There is a public facing portion of this application that allows interested public parties to look up information related to LOE cases. Additionally LOE data is also made available on the City’s Open Data Portal.

A public facing search to allow residents to look up Obituaries, Marriage Bonds, Marriage Notices, and Gravestone Inscriptions in the time period of approximately 1850 to 1940.

An application that enables City Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to enter employee merits for approval and further processing by the Human Resources department.

Finance

An application that calculates, displays, and processes miscellaneous cash, bus ticket payments, and convenience fees into Lawson for accounting.

Budget

An application that tracks contracts for nonproft organizations. It maintains contract data and prints the notifcations that are sent to organizations. It also produces reports needed by budget. An application for tracking non-sufcient funds related to checks. It tracks customers, communicates via email to diferent departments on NSF details, and generates letters for customers and the magistrate.

An application that tracks information related to the City network policy agreement per individual account holder. It also enables the Service Desk staf to confrm the network policy has been signed as needed to initiate certain processes.

An application that enables the print shop to track, report, and print billing information for jobs completed. It includes a utility for processing print shop billing data and sending it to Lawson for accounting purposes.
