Privilege License Lookup

A public facing utility to allow residents to look up businesses with Privilege Licenses in the City of Greensboro.

An application to discover, track, and issue Privilege Licenses for businesses that reside in the City of Greensboro. It creates physical Privilege Licenses, generates letters for businesses as they move through the licensing process, sends fnancials to accounting through Lawson, renews and un-licenses businesses who meet certain criteria, etc. It also allows businesses to pay balances due online for Privilege Licenses. There is a public facing portion that allows new businesses to initiate the Privilege License process online by flling out a form with the requested information. An application that tracks PIRT requests, provides PIRT transparency for government to residents, and assists with the collection of PIRT related information across the City. It includes an internal admin interface complete with reporting and an external interface that allows anyone to retrieve any data associated with any historical PIRT request. Third party software maintained by Application Services that provides a centralized hosting location for custom developed reports integrated in Lawson, EAM, or custom applications that are distributed across the organization.

An application that processes Lawson data to provide information on the retiree cost of health and dental insurance benefts.

An external facing application that allows for eligible citizens to request special needs transportation services and an internal facing application for the administration of the requests by City employees. An application that enables users across the City to enter centralized service desk requests. It has internal service desk features that enable call tracking, call lookup, knowledge base entry, conditional email alerts, reporting functionality, etc. An application that enables Field Operations to see the status of historical solid waste calls, routes, trash can assignments, and work order history from the old mainframe. It also reads data from EAM and Lawson.
