ACTION BY

Trenching work at the boundary of section 1 and Wood Lane is to be reinstated.

4.2. Partial possession of Section 2 (car park/infrastructure) took place on 6 th October.

Meeting noted that the following work needs to be carried out prior to PC of the whole of section 2 –

 Install bollard and column lighting

 Reinstate verges/topsoil

 Manhole covers and frames

 Complete block pavers

PC inspection is scheduled for 19 th October.

Black top to road will follow on 24 th October.

4.3. DI’A is scheduling PC of section 5 (GFTU office) for 5 th November.

Progress and key dates noted as follows –

 M&E first fix (excl. ductwork) almost complete

 Plastering progressing, most ceilings boarded

 Ductwork being worked on

 Ceramic tiling scheduled w/c 22 nd October

 Second fix joinery commencing this week

 Second fix M&E scheduled for w/c 22 nd October

 Delivery of IPS panelling scheduled for this week.

 Carpet tile delivery to site scheduled for today.

 Date awaiting for operable wall second fix.

4.4. Meeting discussed external works to Section 6 that have a bearing on completion of Section 5 GFTU office.

Crane will be on site 17 th /18 th October to install hotel extension steel/PC floor, thereafter ductwork for comms, gas, water and electrical pipes/cables will be installed up to GFTU office commencing 22 nd October. PL expects work to be complete 26 th October and therefore earliest date for installing fibre is 29 th October.

4.5. Fire damper is needed on GFTU toilet extract ductwork where it passes through the floor.
