1- Design development , Asbestos surveys , Gable survey , Bat survey 2- Asbestos sampling, additional ivy fence 3- Not issued 4- Further asbestos 5- Omit timber fence bin store, Add Brick bin store and drainage and renew section of existing drain outside site boundary 6- Dispose of asbestos contaminated ground 7- Add application for bat licence and issue of dwg 1816 06 A 8- Add , drainage to bar area and postpone Goodacre works start until 13 th August 9- Postpone start on Goodacre until 20/09 10- Increased value, place WPD order, Place Cadent order, Place Seven Trent order, omit water softeners, install BAT boxes, replace 2 doors to GFTU grd floor 11- GTFU and Hotel finishes 12- Ring main etc to hotel comms room

3.2 Design

Design progressing for all areas, full package of structural engineers drawings issued, further architects drawings issued now for Residential, most of Hotel Extension drawings now issued M & E design progressing, further meeting to be held on 15/10 Finishes samples to be agreed/chosen for all areas
